Pennsylvania halts plan requiring copay in care of autistic children

October 06, 2012 Oct. 06--Michele Bethell, mother of a child with severe autism, was on her computer Friday along with about 700 other parents for a "Webinar" on how to fight the state's controversial new plan to levy Medicaid copayments on her and other families for behavioral and medical services.
