This is the second seminar of the 2013 Deputy Director for Management (DDM) Seminar Series. The seminar will take place Thursday, February 14th from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in Masur Auditorium, Building 10 and will feature speaker Dr. Daniel Goleman. As an author and psychologist, Dr. Goleman has transformed the way the world educates children, relates to family and friends, and conducts business. His 1995 book, "Emotional Intelligence" was on The New York Times best sellers list for a year-and-a-half. In 2011, Dr. Goleman published "Leadership: The Power of Emotional Intelligence" tying together two decades of research, collecting excerpts from his books and Harvard Business Review articles into one comprehensive volume.
